Estimates and quotes provided are based on our assessment at the time of consultation and are subject to change based on:

  • Unforeseen site conditions
  • Changes to project scope requested by the customer
  • Permit requirements

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Contracts and Payment

All work is performed pursuant to a written contract that specifies the scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment terms. Payment schedules typically include:

  • Deposit upon contract signing
  • Progress payments as specified
  • Final payment upon completion

4. Permits and Compliance

Modern Fence & Deck obtains all necessary permits for projects as required. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about property lines, easements, and any HOA requirements. We comply with all applicable California building codes and fire safety regulations.

5. Warranty

We provide a 25-year warranty on our aluminum fencing and decking installations, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or natural disasters
  • Modifications made by others
  • Failure to maintain the installation as recommended

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Fence & Deck's liability is limited to the contract price of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Insurance

Modern Fence & Deck maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Modern Fence & Deck and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Website Use
